How You Can Make a Difference
The fight against fascism isn’t just for activists—it’s for everyone. Every person can make an impact by taking action, educating themselves, supporting marginalized communities, and holding power accountable. Here’s how YOU can help lead the charge:
1. Educate Yourself and Others
Knowledge is one of our most powerful tools. Understanding fascism's history and tactics is key to dismantling it. Read books, watch documentaries, and engage in discussions. Share this knowledge through conversations, social media, and community events. The more people know, the stronger our resistance.
2. Stand in Solidarity with Marginalized Communities
Fascism thrives on division. Stand with people of color, LGBTQ+ communities, immigrants, religious minorities, and others at risk. Show solidarity beyond words—volunteer, donate, and amplify marginalized voices. Unity disrupts the power structures that fascism depends on.
3. Engage in Direct Action
Protests, rallies, and community organizing send a loud message: fascism won’t be tolerated. Join or support local activist groups, help amplify their work, and participate in demonstrations. Even small acts of resistance add up.
4. Hold Elected Officials Accountable
Elected officials serve the people—remind them of that. Call, email, and attend town halls to demand they uphold democracy. If they don’t listen, flood their offices, organize marches, and make it clear: Their power comes from us.
5. Fight Disinformation
Fascists weaponize lies and propaganda. Before sharing content, fact-check it through sources like Snopes or PolitiFact. Educate others on media literacy to prevent the spread of disinformation. Challenge falsehoods wherever you see them.
6. Stay Connected with Antifascist Movements

7. Resist Authoritarianism
The current administration continues to undermine democracy. From restricting voting rights to attacking civil liberties, we must fight back. Support voting rights initiatives, attend protests, and refuse to be silent.
8. Demand Accountability
The government must be held accountable for its abuses of power. Demand transparency, sign petitions, and expose corruption. Through legal challenges, direct action, and public pressure, we can force change.
9. Support Pro-Democracy Initiatives
Join organizations that fight for civil rights, economic justice, and democracy. The struggle is collective—when we organize, we win.
10. Take Legal & Direct Action
Whenever unconstitutional policies arise, we must fight back in the courts and in the streets. Legal action, protests, and civil disobedience are all necessary tools of resistance.
